One of the things that sets us apart from some other computer stores is that our support level is geared toward first time buyers.  Although we also cater to those who want parts or systems, to meet a set of preset specifications, we can provide the support for non technical folks who want a computer but need education about the system they want to buy.  A combination of telephone support and training allows for a higher level of comfort and productivity with new systems.
